TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 GENERAL
All our sales, quotes & deliveries
are subject to the conditions set out below & will
form a contract for the sale of goods from us to the consumer.
All our components are sold as a
replacement parts only, any identification numbers or manufacturers
markings are for reference only
2 ACCOUNTS
All invoices are to be settled within
30 days from date of invoice, components will not be despatched
while an account is overdue
All components remain property of
H&H Ignition Solutions until invoice is settled in
full, the consumer is not entitled to deferred or suspend
payment in light of discrepancy or complaint
3 PRICING
All prices are nett value & subject
to change without notice
4 CARRIAGE
Carriage will be charged on all components
irrespective of final invoice total at our discretion
5 WARRANTY
We give a 12 month or 12000 mile
warranty whichever occurs first on all components, which
covers faulty parts or bad workmanship, This warranty does
not cover general wear, neglect, accidental damage or misuse
of goods.
Any alleged defects in components
should be raised with written conformation before any action
is taken, written acknowledgement will be issued by us
before any components are returned to us & an exchange
component or reimbursement of monies will be made, upon
satisfactory inspection by ourselves to insure the defect
is solely due to faulty parts or bad workmanship
6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We accept no liability for consequential
damage, loss or personal injury of any kind as a result
of any components sold by neither us nor can we held accountable
for the cost of any work involved in refitting a new or
repaired part.
7 CLAIMS
We require conformation within 7
days of despatch of components if there is any damage or
lose upon delivery & written conformation for claims
for non delivered components within 10 days
8 RETURNS
Any components supplied by ourselves
to the consumer in accordance with a purchase order & returned
for credit will be subject to a 10% handling charge.
9 LAW
These terms & conditions of this
contract shall be governed & construed in accordance
with the laws of England

Payment options are as follows -
cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit card (symbols of
visa maestro switch etc).
